Administrative Specialist
Jonesborough, TN
Edgewater Technical Associates is seeking qualified candidates for an Administrative Specialist opportunity in Jonesborough, TN.

Job Description:

Performs a full range of office management and administrative functions in support of a manufacturing/industrial organization including Construction.
Supports administrative functions for the Sr. Manager of Business Development for Programs and Production.
Functions include managing email and calendar; information flow and communications internally with Project Management, Engineering, Programs, Construction, etc.; preparing a variety of written materials, establishing and managing records systems; providing advice on proper application of company policies and procedures; assuring compliance with office procedures and guidelines; and related activities such as assisting in planning and monitoring of action item lists.
Assist as needed with document preparation, reports, coordinates payroll issues, compiles, assembles, and distributes information packages for meetings.

Qualifications:

Associates Degree preferred
5+ years of administrative experience, preferably within an industrial, manufacturing or construction environment
Experience with SAP required
Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook
Must be a US Citizen
