6 months (contract to hire ) The Partnership Management Specialist is a hybrid role intended to work closely with/support the various Partner Acquisition functions. This position impacts the business and helps to generate revenue by identifying and securing partnerships for available IDEMIA Enrollment Services programs, and by assisting with partner and host contracts, managing action lists, and working with Partner Team Analysts to track and report critical team data. Main duties will include working directly with partners to complete various onboarding tasks and ensuring partner onboarding is completed within prescribed SLAs. Further responsibilities include telephone-based sales, comprehensive knowledge of all programs, products, and services offered through IDEMIA Enrollment Services, effective professional communication across various forms of media (phone, email, etc.) and in person with both internal and external audiences, tracking and reporting, and administrative duties requiring use of Microsoft applications, such as Word, Excel, Outlook, Teams, SharePoint, CRM and other software as required.
Essential Job Functions:
Help to negotiate competitive contract rates and terms with partners, ensuring all contract terms and responsibilities are clear and understood. Assists with development of project plans, monitors, and tracks progress against planned activities. Documents and updates processes and implementation information in a detailed and logical manner Provide support in creating and maintaining reports Develops and maintains partner onboarding trackers and project spreadsheets Within assigned territory engage directly with partners to ensure timely completion of onboarding tasks and all contract terms and responsibilities are clear and understood by the partner. Maintains current, comprehensive knowledge of IDEMIA and all IDEMIA programs, products, and service offerings, contracts, and established processes Remain informed of the state and/or federal regulations and requirements impacting the programs IDEMIA offers and be able to explain those regulations and requirements clearly to partners and potential partners In the assigned Region, participate in activities associated with searching for, identifying, profiling and prequalifying cost-effective Enrollment Center partners for high visibility/critical to fill areas for services that meet established IDEMIA Enrollment Center partner criteria. Establish contact and cultivate relationships with new potential partners in mission critical areas to introduce IDEMIA and our available programs, products, and services. Perform telephone-based sales, prospect recruiting calls and in-person partnership presentations.

In addition to the Essential Functions, also performs similar work-related duties as assigned.
Required Skills Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
Proficiency with Windows Operating Systems and Microsoft products such as Word, Excel and Outlook and SharePoint. Strong sense of urgency, ability to work independently with little direct supervision and in a fast-paced virtual environment, if necessary. Ability to communicate professionally and effectively across various forms of media and in person with existing and new potential partners and across departmental lines. Excellent and proven negotiation skills. Working knowledge of geography and geographic regions of the United States and US Territories. General knowledge of financials and the ability to interpret basic financial reports. Must be a team player, highly driven with a hunter mentality
Required Education Qualifications, Education and Experience:
Bachelor’s degree in Business or other related areas of study with a minimum of 1-year related experience, or an equivalent combination of related education and experience to perform the full scope of the position. Minimum two (2) years successful sales experience required, telephone or outside based sales preferred. Completion of the Idemia Internship program suffices for this requirement. One (1) year of experience with contracts and contract negotiation preferred. Excellent and proven customer service experience. Able to work a minimum forty (40) hour week, Monday through Friday.
