Job Summary:

We are looking for a skilled Manager to lead the daily operations of our family restaurant. The ideal candidate should possess expertise in training development, interviewing, food production, inventory management, and team management. As the Manager, you will play a crucial role in ensuring exceptional customer service, maintaining high standards, and enhancing profitability.

Responsibilities:

• Supervise all operational activities, encompassing front-of-house and back-of-house functions
• Manage and mentor staff members, offering guidance and assistance as necessary
• Conduct interviews and recruit qualified individuals to join the team
• Provide comprehensive training to new hires on company policies, procedures, and job duties
• Monitor and regulate inventory levels while implementing efficient inventory control strategies
• Ensure adherence to health and safety regulations within the workplace
• Uphold cleanliness and organization standards across all areas, including kitchen and dining spaces
• Address customer inquiries or issues promptly and professionally
• Collaborate with fellow managers to devise strategies for enhancing overall performance and customer satisfaction

Requirements:

• Prior experience in a managerial capacity within the food service.
• Exceptional leadership skills with the ability to motivate and lead a team effectively
• Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities
