We are seeking a dynamicStrategy Director/Entrepreneur, a big-idea person, with a strong background in launching new products or services-ideally a former CEO, entrepreneur, or someone with hands-on experience building and scaling a business-to lead the development and rollout of a new offering and drive our next phase of growth. Not selling current products and services, oversee the development, launch, and management of a new service or business expansion, ensuring alignment with company objectives. +

Sales & Marketing Expertise:

Apply a strong understanding of sales and marketing strategies to drive growth and market penetration. +

Team Leadership:

Inspire and lead cross-functional teams, set clear goals, and drive performance to achieve desired outcomes. +

Data-Driven Decision Making:

Analyze market data and business metrics to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement. +

Creative ProblemSolving:

Address challenges with agility, adaptability, and innovative thinking. +

Client & Partner Relationship Management:

Cultivate and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients, stakeholders, and strategic partners. +

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• Must have at least 10+ years of experience business growth or expansion.
