Director of Operations Position Summary:

The Acquisition & Relationship Team Lead is a hands-on, growth-focused leader responsible for driving new customer acquisition, deepening existing relationships, and ensuring an exceptional customer experience across all touchpoints. This role leads our Account Executives , with a focus on building relationships, expanding market presence, and proactively growing our heating oil, propane, and HVAC customer bases. You’ll ensure the team is aligned around a customer-centric mindset and empowered to deliver results across the full customer lifecycle, from acquisition to retention and expansion, while collaborating closely with all other teams in the company to deliver a seamless and consistently high-quality customer experience. Key Responsibilities Account Acquisition & Revenue Growth Lead all phases of account acquisition, onboarding, and lifecycle strategy Design and execute cross-sell and upsell strategies Build and maintain a visible presence in the community to cultivate referrals Administer pricing in line with revenue and margin targets Align sales and customer service efforts to create a cohesive customer journey Customer Experience & Retention Take the lead in resolving customer concerns to reduce attrition and increase loyalty Personally engage with top accounts and at-risk customers to retain business Build and maintain strong customer relationships to extend account longevity Champion a culture of responsiveness, problem-solving, and proactive service Use customer feedback and data to refine engagement strategies Leadership & Team Development Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing team of Account Executives Establish clear performance goals and provide regular coaching and feedback Promote a collaborative, customer-first culture across the sales and service teams Identify training needs and implement continuous improvement processes Qualifications 3+ years in a customer-facing sales, account management, or business development role Track record of hands-on leadership in revenue-generating roles Strong relationship builder with excellent communication and negotiation skills Proficient in CRM systems (Salesforce preferred) and data-driven decision-making Comfort with working in the field, attending networking events, and meeting clients face-to-face Entrepreneurial mindset, willing to take initiative, adapt quickly, and lead by example If you are passionate about driving growth in the energy sector and ready to make an impact, we invite you to apply for the Acquisition & Relationship Team Lead position at Levco Tech Inc.
