Holman Motorcars seeks an accomplished Pre-Owned Sales Manager to oversee our elite inventory of pre-owned ultra-luxury and exotic automobiles, including Rolls-Royce, Bentley, Bugatti, Lamborghini, Aston Martin, and other highline marques. This role is central to delivering a white-glove experience for our clientele and driving profitable growth at Holman Motorcars. What You’ll Do:

Manage, coach, and develop a top-tier sales team focusing on professionalism, performance, and elevated client care. Build long-term relationships with our clients by providing tailored consultations and a concierge-level buying experience. Oversee the acquisition, appraisal, pricing, and merchandising of pre-owned vehicles. Set aggressive but achievable targets and implement data-driven strategies to drive department profitability and customer satisfaction. Work directly with the Vice President of Ultra Luxury Sales Operations to align with strategic objectives and brand vision. Partner with service, finance, and delivery teams to ensure that every customer interaction reflects our clientele’s elevated expectations.

What We’re Looking For:

Minimum 5 years of sales leadership in a highline or ultra-luxury dealership environment. Poised, articulate, and confident in client interactions across all channels. Track record of recruiting, motivating, and retaining high-performing sales teams. Deep understanding of ultra-highline vehicle market trends, valuations, and buyer behavior. A reputation for the highest level of discretion, transparency, and ethical conduct. Proficiency in CRM tools, inventory management systems, and digital retail platforms. Why Holman Motorcars? Pay:

We offer competitive wages that are commensurate with job-related skills, experience, relevant education or training, and geographic location, starting in the range of $77,520.00 – $112,405.00 USD annually for full time employees. The annual compensation range is comprised of base pay and bonus earnings.
