Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

Support regional and global business objectives by developing ad hoc and regular reporting and analysis.
Develop and maintain a strong network of peer relationships with colleagues from International Supply Chain, Regional Finance, Tax, and Accounting.
Leverage a variety of technology platforms to analyze costing and market data in support of existing product lines, new business opportunities, and new product launches.
Monitor key financial metrics and proactively work with OUS business leaders to help drive profitable growth.
Collaborate with business partners to determine and implement optimal pricing strategies that balance competitiveness and profitability.
Engage with international product managers to understand market developments and identify opportunities to better align intercompany prices with local commercial objectives.
Assist in budgeting processes involving OUS markets.
Help solve a broad range of business matters affecting OUS performance.
Implement and support continuous improvement in data analytics, business intelligence, and reporting efficiency and effectiveness.
Exercise flexibility in working time or hours when needed to meet project deadlines and quality expectations.

Education and Experience:

A bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, or economics is required.
5+ years of relevant work experience is required.
1+ year of supervisory experience is required.
An MBA and/or CPA credential is preferred. Knowledge and Skill Requirements/Specialized Courses and/or

Training:

Advanced presentation skills
Strong organizational and project management skills
Strong command and understanding of applicable reporting and analytical tools and underlying data
Strong ability to define problems and cross-functionally collaborate in pursuit of a best-practice and consistent solution
Ability to independently derive and provide concise, meaningful metrics to effectively communicate to Senior Management
Must be fluent in verbal and written communication in English
Spanish, Portuguese, and/or any Asian languages a plus Machine, Tools, and/or

Equipment Skills:

Virtual machines and laptops. Microsoft environment. Work with standard current computer applications, including but not limited to collaboration tools, email, word processing, spreadsheets, and databases.

Reasoning Ability:

Ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions. Ability to interpret an extensive variety of technical instructions in mathematical or diagram form and deal with several abstract and concrete variables.

Mathematical Skills:

Ability to comprehend and apply mathematical principles to the degree required to perform the job based upon job requirements.
