⚐ ⚑ ⚑ Home Watch Property Manager technician Handy man a plus (Marco Island) Luxury Home Watch compensation: 20-35 per hour employment type: experience level: mid level job title: Home Watch Specialist/Inspector We are looking for people who are highly detailed and thorough to do weekly home watches for clients on Marco Island. We do our discoveries and report our findings to our clients for direction. We then schedule and open homes for vendors to complete work orders. A very important part are the skills you bring to our team. Painting, patches, sheet rock, plumbing, general handy man skills We love what we do and the team we get to work with.
