Delaware North Sportservice is hiring a full-time All-Inclusive Premium Manager to join our team at EverBank Stadium in Jacksonville, Florida. As an All-Inclusive Premium Manager, you will be responsible for providing overall leadership and management for the all-inclusive operation, with a focus on maximizing the guest experience. Minimum –

Anticipated Maximum Base Salary:

$46,100 – $62,200 / year
In addition to base salary, we offer an annual bonus plan based on company and individual performance, or a role-based, uncapped sales incentive plan. The advertised pay range represents what we believe at the time of this job posting, that we would be willing to pay for this position. Only in special circumstances, where a candidate has education, training, or experience that far exceeds the requirements for the position, would we consider paying higher than the stated range. What will you do?
Develop and maintain positive guest and partner relationships through effective communication and programming, and ensure accurate delivery of all sponsorship commitments Collaborate in the development and implementation of high-caliber food and beverage offerings, and promote a responsible alcohol sales and service program Administer all facets of team management, including recruiting, hiring, training, scheduling, and continuous development, while maintaining labor and operating costs within financial plans Educate on and ensure compliance with safety and sanitation standards in all locations, monitor and report equipment and maintenance concerns, and develop and present quarterly department report. Serve as a private event manager, and attend and engage in partner and stadium meetings More about you
Bachelor’s degree preferred Minimum of 3 years of service experience with supervisory experience in a high-volume venue required; experience in a sports environment preferred High operating level of computer literacy required with the ability to learn suites operating and POS systems Guest relations and customer service experience is required Passion for creating unique experiences Shift details
