Business Development & Marketing Consultant Eisenhower Jacksonville Group Jacksonville, FL 32246 Job Description Eisenhower Jacksonville Group is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Business Development and Marketing Consultant to assess, strategize, and implement initiatives aimed at increasing census, revenue, and program development. The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of the Jacksonville, FL healthcare landscape, specifically within the realm of AHCA-licensed facilities and Transitional Living Facilities (TLFs). This role requires a thorough knowledge of Florida Medicaid, Medicare, and TLF licensure regulations, enabling the consultant to provide strategic guidance and drive sustainable growth.
Key Responsibilities Facility Assessment & Operational Analysis:
Conduct a comprehensive assessment of the Group’s facilities, operations, and existing programs. Evaluate the efficiency of current processes and identify areas for improvement. Analyze census trends, revenue streams, and market positioning.
Regulatory Compliance & Policy Expertise:
Maintain a thorough understanding of AHCA regulations, TLF licensure requirements, Florida Medicaid, and Medicare policies. Ensure Group’s operations are in full compliance with all relevant regulations. Provide guidance on navigating regulatory changes and updates.
Business Development & Strategic Planning:
Develop and implement strategic business development plans to increase census and revenue. Identify and cultivate relationships with key referral sources, including hospitals, community organizations, and healthcare providers. Explore and recommend new program development opportunities to enhance service offerings and revenue streams, including credentialing best practice.
Marketing & Outreach:
Develop and implement target marketing campaigns to increase awareness of Eisenhower Jacksonville Group’s services. Analyze market trends and competitor activity to inform marketing strategies.
Data Analysis & Reporting:
Recommend processes to track and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) related to census, revenue, and marketing efforts. Prepare presentations to communicate progress and recommendations to management. Use data to inform strategic decisions. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Marketing, Healthcare Administration, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred). Minimum of 5 years of experience in business development and/or marketing within the healthcare industry, specifically within AHCA-licensed facilities and/or Transitional Living Facilities in Jacksonville, FL. Extensive knowledge of Florida Medicaid, Medicare, and TLF licensure regulations. Proven track record of increasing census and revenue in healthcare settings. Strong understanding of the Jacksonville, FL healthcare market. Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. Ability to work independently. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite. Preferred Qualifications Established relationships with referral sources in the Jacksonville, FL healthcare community. Experience with program development and implementation. Knowledge of value-based care models. Experience with identifying new revenue streams, funding partnerships and growth.
