VDC Manager (Aviation) As a VDC Manager, you will have a transformative impact on evolving skylines. Leading long-term, pivotal aviation projects, your strategic vision and managerial expertise will drive significant achievements in the region. Your role is integral in guiding our mission to create landmark projects that symbolize our collective effort and dedication. What You Bring:

A robust background (8+ years) in the VDC industry, with a strong focus on aviation projects. Proven leadership skills in managing diverse and dynamic teams. Strategic vision and innovative mindset in a structured and evolving environment. Advanced technical proficiency in Autodesk and other leading industry software. A commitment to nurturing relationships and upholding our core values.

Physical Demands:

Frequently required to sit, stand, and move about the office. Moving outdoors will be required on project sites. Frequently lift, move, carry, and operate equipment in excess of 50 lbs. Frequently operates a computer and other office/VDC equipment. Ability to adhere to timely and consistent attendance to jobsites. Will require travel and co/location per project. Ability to work night shifts and/or Saturdays when needed per project requirements. Will be required to occasionally travel to our other office locations.
