Core Responsibilities:
- Oversee day-to-day operations of the fuel dock, ship store, and Slips Supervise and schedule staff. Manage inventory and ordering. Ensure department cleanliness and maintenance. Attend and support events. Maintain safety standards and compliance. Handle customer and employee concerns.

Daily Tasks:
- Morning walkthroughs. Staff check-ins and coverage confirmation. Sales monitoring and inventory tracking. Address maintenance issues.
