Sets the tone with positive energy. The restaurant should “feel good”! Follow up:
Has excellent follow up skills. When coaching of any kind is given this role requires consistent follow up to make sure the progress required was completed. Responsibilities Oversee the daily operations of multiple Mister O1 locations in Miami Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations Work with the corporate office to implement national initiatives and programs Conduct regular performance evaluations of General Managers and provide coaching and feedback Requirements Be able to travel around Miami Dade/ Broward county Must be passionate for customers Ability to work in a fast-paced environment Excellent communication and leadership skills
