Doral Position Overview:

Business Development Center (BDC) / Internet Sales Consultant will be responsible for handling all incoming sales phone calls and internet leads, as well as confirming sales appointments and performing long-term follow-up on all unsold customers (e.g., internet leads, showroom visits, and incoming calls). This position should facilitate the purchase process serving as a guide and point of contact. Principal Duties and Responsibilities (Essential Functions•) : Communicate effectively with internet customers and prospects according to their preferred method of communication (phone, email or in person) Manage Internet sales leads Respond to inquiries in a timely fashion, and answer questions on available stock and product performance. Schedule appointments for test drives and delivery of vehicles Represents the culture and the values of the organization. Brings traffic into the dealership, making firm appointments for prospective buyers, and appropriately and diligently follows up throughout the buying process. Executes responsibilities of the position in a manner that meets or exceeds position Key Performance Indicators (KPI’s).

Qualifications & Skills:

Excellent communication, listening and organizational skills. Possess a courteous, friendly, and outgoing demeanor. Ability to speak and communicate clearly. Basic computer skills. Valid driver’s license and able to submit to a driving record check. Ability to work in a technology-oriented environment Bilingual in English and Spanish is a MUST Team player Adapts easily to change Education and/or Experience High school diploma or general education degree (GED); or one to three months related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
