Florida Position Overview:

We are seeking a talented and experienced Mid-level Corporate Associate with a minimum of 3 years experience to join the firm’s dynamic team in Miami.

Requirements:

• Strong working knowledge of acquisition agreements and related documentation used in complex M&A and private equity transactions
• Proven proficiency in drafting and negotiating transaction documents
• Experience leading M&A transactions from inception to closing
• General corporate and corporate governance experience
• Strong academic credentials and excellent legal writing skills
• Demonstrated ability to manage a demanding workload in a fast-paced environment
• Effective team player with the ability to work across multiple practice areas
• Willingness and ability to mentor and train junior associates
