In this role you will:
Lead, manage and develop a team of branch managers to ensure an exceptional customer and team experience, manage risk, and support growth across multiple branch locationsIdentify and recommend process improvement opportunities to partners by ensuring that colleagues are aligned with applicable regulations, policy and procedure requirements, operational expectations, audit, and escalation processesDetermine appropriate strategies and actions of the regional banking team to meet the regional branch objectivesInterpret and deploy branch performance objectives, and lead transformational changes in the regionCollaborate with partners, peers, and other leaders to understand the trends in the business and execute strategies in alignment with internal goals while managing riskManage allocation of people and financial resources for Regional BankingDevelop and guide a culture of talent development to meet business objectives and strategy
Required Qualifications:
6+ years of banking, financial services, or Branch Network experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education3+ years of Management experience
