New Edge Associates is collaborating with a reputable banking partner that is currently hiring a leader and detail-oriented Market Manager in Miami, FL. The Market Manager leads branch operations and sales performance across a defined geographic region. This role is responsible for driving business growth, deepening customer relationships, ensuring compliance, and promoting a high-performance culture. The Market Manager oversees multiple branch teams, executes strategic initiatives, and ensures alignment with the organization’s overall goals. Responsibilities Drive market-level performance in deposits, loans, and customer acquisition. Lead, coach, and develop branch managers and their teams to achieve sales and service goals. Ensure consistent delivery of exceptional customer experiences across branches. Identify local market opportunities and implement targeted business development strategies. Monitor operational compliance, risk management, and adherence to regulatory requirements. Collaborate with regional leadership to align strategies with organizational objectives. Manage market-level budgets, staffing, and performance metrics. Represent the organization in community and networking events to enhance brand presence. Analyze market trends and competitor activity to inform strategic decisions. Foster a culture of accountability, teamwork, and continuous improvement. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, or related field (Master’s preferred). 5+ years of experience in retail banking, including multi-branch management.
