PRE-EMPLOYMENT SCREENING REQUIREMENTS
Candidate must pass a pre-employment screening including Level 2 Background Check and drug test. Candidate must pass Miami Dade Aviation Department (MDAD)/Customs Border Patrol background check. Badging requirements. Some positions may require candidates to possess a valid Driver’s License and maintain a clean driving record.
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS
Ability to stand for extended periods of time and lift heavy objects weighing up to 50lbs. Ability to work with various chemicals, including bleach, stripper, floor finish, and degreaser. Capability to ascend and descend stairs and proficiently use ladders. Ability to utilize janitorial equipment, including but not limited to, scrubbers, burnishers, carpet extractors, automatic burnisher/scrubbers, pressure washers, steam cleaners. Certain positions may require the ability to operate a vehicle.
