Job Description

ONWARD Headhunting is partnering with a well-established, innovative, driven medical technology company based in North Miami, Florida to find a Senior Analyst, Corporate Development . (Onsite 5 days per week) In this role, you’ll join the company’s strategic development team, where you’ll help drive growth by identifying and evaluating new business opportunities, strengthening market intelligence, and advancing key transformation initiatives. You’ll work at the crossroads of corporate development, market research, and strategic planning-collaborating closely with teams across product, legal, finance, and executive leadership. This is a high-impact role with direct influence on the company’s long-term strategy. The Role As part of a high-impact strategy function, you’ll operate at the intersection of corporate development, market research, and strategic planning. You’ll lead and support initiatives that influence long-term growth, working cross-functionally with teams across product, legal, finance, and executive leadership. What You’ll Be Doing Serve as an internal strategy partner, helping scope and execute high-priority initiatives that shape corporate direction. Lead both qualitative and quantitative evaluations, including financial modeling (DCF, ROI), industry research, market mapping, and scenario planning. Prepare executive-facing deliverables and business cases for M&A, partnerships, and strategic growth projects. Act as a project manager on transformational efforts, tracking milestones and resolving blockers. Support stakeholder alignment across cross-functional teams. Contribute to improving internal tools, processes, and performance tracking frameworks. Actively share insights and learnings with internal strategy peers to foster continuous learning. What We’re Looking For Bachelor’s in Finance, Economics, Engineering, or related field. Advanced degrees (MBA, MHA, MS) welcome. 3+ years’ experience in strategy, corporate development, investment banking, or consulting. Background in deal execution (M&A, partnerships) strongly preferred. Prior exposure to healthcare, life sciences, or medtech industries is a plus. Skills & Mindset Strong analytical chops and business intuition. Advanced modeling and valuation skills; comfortable building and interpreting data. Polished communicator – can distill complexity into crisp exec summaries. Highly organized, deadline-driven, and adept at managing ambiguity. Confident collaborator with strong influencing skills across functions. Tools of the Trade Power user in Excel and PowerPoint. Experience with data visualization (eg, PowerBI) and project management platforms (eg, DealRoom, Midaxo, Workfront) is a bonus.
