- The role you’ll contribute:
- The role of the Business Development Consultant is to develop business opportunities for AH and
AHCC BHS
within an assigned portfolio of municipalities, government, and/or business accounts within the Central Florida community. In this role, special projects will also be assigned to respond to the dynamic market. This includes maintaining and growing existing contracts established with the employer as well as identifying new opportunities to grow service offerings for the client. Thorough health care knowledge of the customer are essential to maximizing the benefits that AH could potentially offer. Responsible for generating a minimum of $150,000 (or assigned annual goal) in annual revenue for an assigned employer base. Adheres to Advent Health Corporate Compliance plan and all rules and regulations of all applicable local, state, and federal agencies and accrediting bodies. This position actively participates in outstanding customer service and accepts responsibility in maintaining relationships that are equally respectful to all.

- + Develops an annual sales/marketing plan for territory which is updated weekly with status of sales pipeline.
+ Maintains outstanding customer retention services to existing client base and work comp carriers + Demonstrates effective consultative sales skills resulting in a solutions-oriented sales approach. + Effective in marketing urgent care services to all corporate clients and other key community organizations as assigned. + Demonstrates effective consultative sales skills resulting in a solutions-oriented sales approach. + Is actively involved in 1-2 community organizations that have relevance to the work and role of this position. + An active and ongoing participant with the director in professional development. + Has outstanding communication skills both with clients as well as internally within the organization. + Exhbits good organizational skills including utilizing Saleslogix daily for scheduling and tracking opportunities. + Demonstrates effective communication skills in internal and external meetings. - :•Minimum qualifications:•+ Sales and Marketing + Driver License, Valid and in State •Preferred qualifications:•+ Bachelor’s with emphasis in sales and marketing.
