Responsibilities:
The MSP is a Manager position responsible for identifying, developing, and managing high-level partnerships with external health organizations to achieve Empath’s strategic goals, often by building strong relationships with key decision-makers and negotiating mutually beneficial agreements to drive business growth and expansion; essentially acting as a bridge between a company and its strategic partners to align initiatives and achieve shared objectives. The role of Manager of Strategic Partnerships is to serve as the lead liaison between the company and its partners, working closely with cross-functional teams. This is a highly autonomous position with the ability to create a blueprint for identifying, managing, and collaborating strategic business partnerships. Examples of strategic referral sources are ACOs, PPNs, Collaboratives, Value Based Providers, Health Systems, and JVs.
Qualifications:

Education/Regulatory Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree (B.A.) from four-year college or university; or one to two years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience. B.
Skills:
5 years of prior experience in developing and sustaining new lines of business preferred. Strong business acumen and understanding of market dynamics. Proven experience in relationship management and partnership development. Negotiation skills to secure favorable partnership terms. Strategic thinking and ability to identify mutually beneficial opportunitiess. Project management skills to oversee partnership initiatives. C.
