New Acquisitions Training Manager BMS Partners 152 Bridge Road, Tequesta, FL 33469 Broward Motorsports is looking for a New Acquisitions Training Manager! We are seeking a dynamic Acquisitions Training Manager to lead the development and implementation of training programs for our acquisitions team. Key Responsibilities:

Design, develop, and deliver training programs focused on acquisitions processes, tools, and best practices Onboard and train new hires on company acquisition strategy, systems, and procedures Collaborate with senior leadership to identify skills gaps and create targeted learning plans Monitor and evaluate training effectiveness and continuously improve content and delivery Serve as a subject matter expert in acquisitions and a resource for ongoing coaching and support Maintain training documentation, resources, and performance tracking systems

Qualifications:

3+ years of experience in training, learning & development, or a related role within acquisitions, M&A, or business development Strong knowledge of acquisition lifecycle and due diligence processes Proven experience developing and leading effective training programs Excellent communication, presentation, and organizational skills Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment Bachelor’s degree in Business, HR, Education, or related field preferred
