Key Responsibilities:

Agent Growth & Recruitment

• Drive aggressive growth by attracting, recruiting, and retaining top-producing real estate agents. Leadership & Coaching
• Inspire, train, and mentor agents to maximize their business potential through goal setting, accountability, and strategic planning. Business Development
• Consult with agents on sales strategies, lead generation, market trends, and productivity enhancement. Financial Oversight
• Monitor and drive the financial health of the market center, including revenue growth and cost management. Culture & Collaboration
• Build and maintain a positive, team-oriented culture that aligns with Keller Williams’ core values. Training & Development
• Ensure agents have access to top-tier training, technology, and compliance resources to stay competitive in the market. Operational Excellence
• Lead team business meetings, analyze market competition, and develop strategies for agent transitions to Keller Williams.

Qualifications:

Proven leadership and growth experience, preferably in a high-growth or startup environment. Strong recruiting, relationship-building, and coaching skills. Exceptional communication and social poise.
