OverviewPosition Summary:
Lead strategic initiatives focused onmergers, acquisitions, and partnerships within the dental industry.
This role involves identifying growth opportunities, conducting duediligence, negotiating transactions, and fostering relationshipswith doctor groups to drive business expansion.
The role willcollaborate closely with cross-functional teams including corporatedevelopment, legal, and operations, to evaluate potentialacquisition targets, assess synergies, and develop financial modelsto support decision-making processes.
ResponsibilitiesPrincipalDuties and Responsibilities (Essential Functions):
- Develop andexecute M&A strategies to expand the organization’s marketpresence.
- Identify, assess, and pursue acquisition targets, jointventures, and partnerships with dental providers.
- Oversee duediligence, financial modeling, and valuation analysis.
- Cultivaterelationships with doctor groups and individual practices.
- Structure partnership agreements, including equity models, jointventures, and employment arrangements.
- Ensure seamlessintegration of acquired or partnered practices into theorganization.
- Collaborate with legal, finance, and operationteams to structure transactions.
- Manage contract execution,regulatory compliance, and risk assessment.
- Perform financialanalysis, ROI assessments, and synergy evaluations.
- Developbusiness cases for executive leadership and board approval.
- Partner with Human Resources, Information Technology, andcompliance to ensure a smooth transition.
