Responsibilities include, butare not limited to: Help companies maximize the return for their digital salesenablement and sales operations infrastructure investment Work with Sales Leadership on devising sales strategies aimedat improving sales productivity focused on sales processstandardization, digital tool adoption, sales reporting (pipeline,performance) Provide best-in-class services for planning, designing,deploying, and supporting digital sales technology tools Offer end-to-end solutions including process analysis anddesign, requirements planning, business case development, analyticssupport and administration support Act in a mentoring capacity to support the career developmentof other colleagues Responsible for business development efforts, includingStatements of Work (SOW), proposal development, clientpresentations, etc. Contribute to the internal development of our practice throughparticipation in areas such as business development, training,methodology and toolkit development, and recruitingThe TeamOurSales & Service offering drives global customer transformation bydesigning and implementing innovative sales and serviceexperiences. We blend strategy, technology, and creativity to solvecomplex challenges, bringing customer strategies to life andcreating new markets.
QualificationsRequired:
Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience 3+ years of relevant consulting or industry experience 2+ years of professional experience, including 1-2 years in theLife Sciences industry Ability to travel up to 50% on average, based on the work youdo and the clients and industries/sectors you serve Limited immigration sponsorship may be available
Preferred:
Demonstrated interest in Life Sciences ecosystem strategicchallenges, medical, pharmaceutical, health care delivery orinsurance, regulatory, policy issues Experience working with Commercial Technology and CommercialTechnology vendors across the Sales, Marketing, and Servicefunctions Superior critical thinking, analytical and problem-solvingskills, including quantitative, statistical or medical/pharmacyresearch interest
Knowledge of Commercial Life Sciences Platforms:
CRM,Marketing/Campaign Management, Omni-Channel Engagement, ContactCenter, Lead Management, Post-Sales Support Technical experience in one or more of the following: Veeva,IQVIA, Salesforce Health Cloud, Pitcher, Customer Times,MedConnect, Patient Connect Live within commuting distance to one of Deloitte’s consultingofficesInformation for applicants with a need for accommodation:
