Business Leadership Marketing Full Job Description Business Summary:

The Partnership Manager oversees all aspects of assigned AAA Discounts & Rewards partner relationships and plays a key role in supporting the strategic direction of the AAA enterprise. This position provides strategic guidance and consults with the senior leadership on major partner-related decisions. In collaboration with the AAA clubs, the Partnership Manager ensures the alignment and execution of club-specific responsibilities and strategic objectives. This role is accountable for monitoring partner performance, addressing issues as they arise, and driving continuous improvement to meet strategic goals.

Duties & Responsibilities:

Oversee the day-to-day operations of assigned partner relationships, ensuring smooth execution and alignment with AAA objectives. Develops and implements annual partner operating plans and contributes to the long-term strategic planning process. Leads the activation of partner initiatives in collaboration with AAA clubs, ensuring consistent delivery of operational and marketing goals. Collaborate with the Discounts & Rewards marketing team to create and execute a comprehensive annual marketing plan. Communicates Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), performance targets, and reporting standards to both internal stakeholders and external partners. Serves as a subject matter expert, providing strategic and operational guidance to internal departments and external partners. Facilitates regular business review meetings with partners to evaluate performance and identify areas for growth and improvement. Leads partner meetings and oversees the development of support materials and presentations. Monitors competitive activity within partner industries to identify opportunities and assess partner positioning relative to industry benchmarks.

Requirements, Competencies, and Certifications:

Manages all aspects of partner operations to ensure effective execution and alignment with the company’s strategic objectives. Develops and executes annual operational plans and long-term strategic initiatives for assigned partners. Leads the coordination and implementation of partner initiatives with AAA clubs, ensuring consistency across markets. Collaborate with the marketing team to build and implement annual marketing strategies. Communicates performance metrics, reporting standards, and data insights to clubs and partners. Serves as the subject matter expert, offering strategic and operational guidance to internal teams and external stakeholders. Facilitates regular business reviews to evaluate partner performance and identify areas for improvement. Leads partner meetings and oversees the development of supporting materials and presentations. Analyzes competitor activity within partner industries to assess opportunities and enhance AAA’s competitive advantage. Performs additional responsibilities and supports special projects as assigned by leadership.

Education & Experience:

A bachelor’s degree in business with a concentration in marketing is preferred. Minimum of five (5) years of general marketing experience.

Hiring Range:

$67,750 – $84,010 This position is also eligible for participation in AAA, Inc.’s Annual Incentive Plan. AAA, Inc. is committed to paying competitively and equitably. The posted range for this position represents competitive compensation based on market data, internal equity, and the skills and requirements of the position. The compensation offered will depend on your qualifications and experience. AAA, Inc. supports a flexible work environment for our associates.
