Position Summary:
We are seeking a dedicated Assistant Gym Director to support the Owner and Gym Director in the day-to-day operations of our location. This full-time role is ideal for a proactive, customer-focused individual who enjoys working with children and leading a team.
Please note:
This position requires the ability to work split shifts, teach classes, and cover evening and weekend shifts as needed.
Key Responsibilities:
Teach engaging classes based on our proven curriculum. Support the Gym Director in managing staff, schedules, and day-to-day operations. Help maintain a clean, safe, and organized facility. Assist in training, mentoring, and motivating team members. Provide exceptional customer service to families. Support marketing and sales efforts to drive membership growth. Step into leadership duties in the absence of the Gym Director.
Qualifications:
Experience in child development, education, physical activity, or gymnastics is a plus. Previous experience in customer service or team leadership roles. Strong communication, organization, and time management skills. Ability to work flexible hours including some split shifts, evenings, and weekends.
