About Clubhouse Camden:

Clubhouse Camden is designed to support and empower teens in Camden. Middle and high school students have access to various services, including academic support, job readiness training, health and nutrition education, family involvement events, leadership development, and recreational activities.

Salary Expectations:

Within the designated salary range of $50,000•$80,000 annually. A base salary expectation will be required for consideration.

Position Overview:

The Director of Clubhouse Camden will oversee the daily operations and strategic direction of the Clubhouse. This role requires a dynamic leader with experience in behavioral health and youth services, capable of managing both full-time and part-time staff. The Director will report directly to Camden Connection’s Managing Principal and indirectly to the Camden County Board of Directors. They will directly supervise the Clubhouse Manager and indirectly oversee part-time personnel.

Key Responsibilities:
Strategic Leadership:

Develop and implement the strategic vision for Clubhouse Camden, ensuring alignment with Camden Connection’s mission and goals.

Program Development:

Oversee the design and execution of innovative programs that promote youth development, leadership, and prevention strategies.

Fundraising and Development:

Lead fundraising initiatives, including grant writing, donor cultivation, and organizing special events to secure financial support for Clubhouse operations.

Community Engagement:

Establish and maintain partnerships with community organizations, schools, and stakeholders to enhance program offerings and community support.

Financial Management:

Develop and manage the Clubhouse budget, ensuring fiscal responsibility and alignment with organizational objectives.

Staff Supervision:

Recruit, train, and supervise the Clubhouse Manager and assist the Clubhouse Manager with the supervision of part-time staff, fostering a collaborative and inclusive work environment.

Evaluation and Reporting:

Implement assessment tools to measure program effectiveness, prepare reports for stakeholders, and utilize data to inform continuous improvement.

Compliance and Safety:

Ensure all programs and operations comply with relevant regulations and organizational policies, maintaining a safe environment for all participants.

Qualifications:
Educational Background:

A Master’s degree is highly preferred in a prevention, public administration, or behavioral health discipline.

Professional Experience:

Significant experience in youth services and behavioral health programs. A proven track record in fundraising and development activities. Experience with foundation and federal funding requirements and reporting.

Licensure:

Credentialed as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), or similar mental health credentialing is highly desirable; individuals with this credential are encouraged to apply.

Skills:

Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills. Ability to build and maintain relationships with diverse stakeholders.

Additional Requirements:

Ability to pass a comprehensive background check.

Compensation:
Base Salary:

$50,000•$80,000 annually based on experience, credentialing, and education.
