Receive a competitive salary and comprehensive benefits package. Role Summary This role is essential to ensuring smooth transitions for newly acquired companies and newly launched branches. You will lead cross-functional operational integration efforts across HR, IT (coordination only), Finance, Legal, Safety, and Ops—managing timelines, communications, risks, and stakeholder alignment from pre-close planning through 6-12 months post-close. Key Responsibilities Integration & Launch Planning Own integration project plans from 30 days pre-close through 6-12 months post-close. Lead recurring meetings with functional teams and acquired company stakeholders. Develop and manage detailed timelines, checklists, issue/risk trackers, and Day 1 readiness plans. Drive accountability across workstreams to ensure milestones are met. System & Data Coordination (Non-Technical) Coordinate system onboarding (HRIS, payroll, Salesforce, Procore, etc.). Support master data collection, cleanup, and cross-functional alignment for key systems. Ensure consistent documentation and standardized onboarding processes. Pipeline Management & Executive Reporting Maintain the M&A target pipeline and support regular funnel reviews. Prepare clear, concise executive reports and decks on integration status, risks, and KPIs. Track synergy realization and operational integration milestones. Stakeholder & Change Management Serve as the liaison between internal departments and new entities. Support change management communications and onboarding of acquired employees. Facilitate issue resolution and keep priorities aligned across all functions. Greenfield Office Support Use the same project framework to support the launch of new branches. Coordinate cross-functional readiness (HR, IT, Compliance, Operations) for new locations. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Business, Operations, Strategy, or related field. 3+ years of project management or operations experience. Direct experience with M&A operational integration or growth-phase business environments. Skilled in running cross-functional meetings and managing multiple stakeholders. Strong communication, organization, and reporting skills. Proficient with Excel, PowerPoint, and project management tools. Construction, logistics, or field services industry experience a plus. PMP or related certification preferred but not required.
