About The Role
Are you ready to provide overall support in the origination and execution of M&A mandates and transactions? You will be involved in all stages of transaction execution, from origination to closing.

What You’ll Do
As an Investment Banking Analyst, you will play a crucial role in supporting the origination and execution of M&A mandates and transactions, participating in all phases from origination to closing. You will assist in constructing detailed financial models and performing valuation analyses using Excel and other modeling tools. Furthermore, you will develop and prepare documents for client meetings covering strategic alternatives, M&A, and corporate finance. Conducting thorough research to gather project-specific information and synthesizing complex data into actionable insights will be essential aspects of your responsibilities.

What You Will Need to Succeed
A minimum of 1 year of full-time experience in investment banking, private equity, or corporate finance with a leading firm.
A Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Finance, Management, and/or Engineering.
A strong understanding of Corporate Finance principles and methodologies.
Exceptional financial modeling, analytical, and advanced Excel skills.
Fluency in English, with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Outlook, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
