Providing innovative, outstanding, and consistent care &services. Maximizing profitability through revenue generation and expensecontrol. Retaining and enhancing the Sunrise culture. Responsibilities include hiring, onboarding, and developingExecutive Directors and key coordinators; conducting site visits;providing sales leadership and coaching; executing strategic salespricing; and championing the Sunrise Mission.

Essential Duties:
People Attract, hire, retain, and develop top talent. Hire, onboard, and develop Executive Directors and keyCoordinators; participate in the EDIT Program. Build and lead high-performing teams. Understand daily community operations. Demonstrate leadership aligned with Sunrise’s values andprinciples. Manage difficult issues proactively and make bolddecisions. Follow up on customer issues and resolve thempromptly. Facilitate annual and quarterly meetings with communityteams. Build relationships with residents, families, team members, andreferral sources.
Essential Duties:
Product Understand Sunrise products and services, including featuresand benefits. Stay informed on state/provincial laws andregulations. Oversee quality assurance and conduct site reviews andreviews.
Essential Duties:
Profit Manage P&L, including pricing, financial reports, census,and expenses. Use business intelligence tools for decision-making. Develop marketing strategies and review marketingplans. Lead external business development strategies. Set pricing strategies and monitor financial reports. Apply budgeting and capital expenditure policies. Leverage multiple revenue sources beyond occupancy. Understand market competition and internal costs. Process expenses and budgets timely.
Essential Duties:
Training, Leadership, and Team MemberDevelopment Develop team members’ skills and confidence for greaterresponsibilities. Participate in Sunrise University training programs. Ensure compliance with training and orientationprograms. Develop annual training calendars and manage the EDITprogram. Ensure regulatory compliance. Achieve engagement goals and lead improvement plans. Conduct performance appraisals and hold teamaccountable. Stay updated on professional developments. Maintain compliance with required training to meet Sunrisestandards. Experience and Qualifications Candidates should have: A college degree (preferred), management experience, or asrequired by state regulations. Five (5) years of management or operational leadershipexperience; healthcare experience preferred. Supervisory experience including hiring, coaching, andperformance management. Strong analytical, communication, organizational, anddecision-making skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Sunriseapplications. Ability to travel within the geographic area.
