What you´ll do This home-based position will have a global focus, and is responsible for developing & executing strategic sales and technology objectives while also identifying white space for our RTX Global Key Account. Coordinate commercial, manufacturing and development activities across multiple steering units & regions (globally). Lead through direct management and influence a global team of sales associates and technical key account managers. Manage and push upstream collaboration while translating customer priorities into a joint innovation road mapping to allow for future development. You will be the customer expert. Therefore, you will work to influence the SBU strategy and business plan. This will be accomplished through a well-defined Innovation and marketing strategy built with customer and industry insights. Develop global key account strategy with Key Account team, align with Steering Units, Marketing and product development and motivate team to exceed financial and joint innovation goals. What makes you a good fit Bachelor’s degree in technical or business field is required. MBA Preferred. 10+ years’ of experience in account management or related experience in Aerospace or industry related to adhesives, sealants, coatings, and surface treatments is required. Experience with RTX or other aerospace companies is required. Management and business/financial acumen.
