Job Overview The M&A Integration Program Manager will oversee the planningand execution of major company initiatives to deliver long-termvalue to T-Mobile, including integration, separation, anddivestiture programs. This role requires a detail-oriented leaderwith expertise in wireless telecommunications and a proven trackrecord in managing complex programs at the enterprise level. TheM&A Integration Program Manager will enhance our competitiveposition by working closely with functional and cross-functionalteams across the enterprise to monitor, support, and ensure thesuccessful delivery of integration and/or separation initiatives inline with T-Mobile’s strategic goals.
Job Responsibilities:
Integration and Separation Planning and Execution:
collaborate with stakeholders to define and implement processesand tools to enable operational due diligence activities, includingany necessary data rooms, parlor rooms, and/or clean rooms. Define, implement, and lead enterprise-wide activities tofacilitate assessment, creation, and timelines for integrationand/or separation initiatives Define, implement, and lead close transition activities,including hour by hour plans, command centers, etc.
Program Management & Governance:
Design, communicate, and implement governance activities anddeliverables to monitor progress, control integration and/orseparation processes, and report on status Collaborate with stakeholders on the creation of detailedintegration and/or separation project plans, includingidentification of timelines, dependencies, and risks Monitor program progress and adjust plans as necessary toensure successful completion Prepare and present program status reports to senior leadershipand other stakeholders Identify, assess, and manage risks and issues associated withintegration and separation initiatives, collaborating withstakeholders to develop and implement risk mitigation strategiesand contingency plans Ensure timely resolution of initiative issues to minimizeimpact on program timelines and objectives Develop and implement change management plans to ensure smoothtransitions and stakeholder buy-ins.
Stakeholder Coordination:
Serve as the primary liaison between the M&A Integrationteam and internal/external stakeholders for integration and/orseparation initiatives, ensuring clear communication andcoordination among stakeholders. Facilitate effective communication and collaboration amongfunctional teams, cross-functional teams, and externalstakeholders Facilitate effective decision-making and conflictresolution Prepare and present project status reports to senior leadershipand other stakeholders Team Leadership and Development Lead and motivate the functional and cross-functional teams,providing guidance, support, and assist with clearing blockers totheir progress Foster a culture of continuous improvement, innovation, andaccountability across the program
Transition Management:
Manage the stand-up and execution of Transition ServiceAgreements (TSAs) and implement governance processes to ensurecompliance with the terms and conditions Create, deliver, and ensure collection against invoices forprovided Transition Services Receive and validate invoices for Transition Servicesreceived Collaborate with stakeholders to define and track initiativeswhich enable timely and successful TSA exits
Basic Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree and a minimum of five years related workexperience. Bachelor’s degree and five years related work experience Two years of account management experience Two years of experience working on merger integration and/ordivestiture activities Two years of experience in establishing and executingtransition plans and objectives Five years analytical or operational business experience Strong understanding of wireless telecommunicationstechnologies and operations

Demonstrated ability to collaborate with departmentleaders Proven ability to coach and mentor others Strong verbal and written communication skills Strong influence and negotiation abilities Strong strategic planning skills in a complex environment Strong leadership skills Proven experience in process improvement and workflowoptimization Experienced in effectively utilizing collaboration,data-sharing, and workflow tools
Education:
Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Business Administration,Project Management or combination of equivalent experience andeducation (Required)
