Gym Director
- Full-time Tumbles is looking for a facility Director who is fun, friendly, and loves to work with young families.

- Learn about our curriculum and GREAT programs for young kids
- Able to train others and improve business performance

Multi-tasker:
ability to create a positive customer experience, manage staff, create schedules, and be the “face” of Tumbles
- Excellent verbal and written skills
- Able to interact with new customers, educate and promote our services
- Proficient in computers
- Word, Excel. Can learn new systems
- Social Media knowledge and proficiency is a plus
- Flexibility to work at least two weekends a month is a plus
Essential Job Functions:
- Background in exercise science / kinesiology, child development, fitness, gymnastics, cheer, sports or related fields, daycare, or business management.
- Customer service-oriented. Able to sell a program and manage customer feedback and expectations.
- Friendly, positive attitude

- Strong work ethic
- Ability to multi-task
- Has leadership qualities and willingness to help others
