- Integration Director
- will play a critical role in leading M&A integration strategies including acquisitions and transition services for divestitures. This role is part of Elevance Health’s Strategy & Transformation organization and is a strategy and execution-oriented partner to Corporate Development.
- How you will make an impact:
- + Serves as an active participant in due diligence and deal negotiation process to evaluate integration risks/opportunities for targeted companies + Develops post-close integration planning and strategies for acquired companies into Elevance Health’s diversified healthcare business.
+ Defines financial value drivers for deals and builds detailed execution plan to ensure that value is realized. + Formulates specific needs for transition services agreement and key deal terms for divestitures + Facilitates/leads high level integration meetings with acquired company senior management and facilitate development of integration strategies for acquisitions + Interacts with Legal, and target company senior leadership in developing integration plans and identifying issues/concerns to ensure alignment of objectives + Develops structure/process to manage various integration activities + Travels to worksite and other locations as necessary

Minimum Requirements:
- Requires a BA/BS in a related field and minimum of 8 years healthcare industry experience including experience with company structure and processes, and experience with projects that cross functional organization lines and entail interdepartmental dependencies; or any combination of education and experience, which would provide an equivalent background.

Preferred Skills, Capabilities, and Experiences:
- + MBA or other graduate degree preferred.
+ Prior acquisition, divestiture, and integration experience in the healthcare industry preferred. + Experience in strategic planning or strategy consulting in the healthcare industry preferred.
