As the Key Hourly, you will assist in overseeing daily operations and managing a team of hourly employees. If you have a passion for hospitality, a keen eye for detail, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, we want to hear from you! This is an hourly position, requiring flexibility with work schedule including working late nights and weekends.

Responsibilities:

Ensure opening and closing the front-of-house checklists are completed. Provide support to Manager-On-Duty (MOD). Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and issues promptly and professionally. Promote and practice compliance with fire, health, safety and hygiene standards and regulations. Uphold all company values and standards at all times. Maintain a welcoming and positive atmosphere for all guests and employees. Monitor and maintain the cleanliness and appearance of the front of house areas, including dining rooms and restrooms. Assist the managers in ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations, including food handling and alcohol service guidelines. Handle financial responsibilities, such as cash handling, POS system reconciliation, and managing petty cash. Perform other duties and tasks as assigned or requested.

Qualifications:

At least 6 months supervisory experience in a full service restaurant. Knowledge of health and safety regulations and willingness to enforce compliance. Strong customer service orientation and a commitment to exceeding guest expectations. Strong leadership and communication skills. Exceptional organizational and multitasking abilities to handle a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
