In this role, you will be responsible for serving customers the innovative New Zealand style ice cream while having fun and ensuring the highest standards of quality and customer satisfaction. Responsibilities Serve New Zealand Style Ice Cream out of a mobile food trailer at various location in Fayette County. Manage inventory control to ensure all ingredients are fresh and available. Supervise and train team members. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen area in compliance with health and safety regulations. Provide excellent customer service by engaging with customers and assisting them in selecting flavors and having fun. Operate Point of Sale (POS) systems for processing orders efficiently. Monitor equipment performance and report any maintenance needs. Eventually become the manager of booking events and assisting with social media posts. Experience Previous experience in an ice cream shop is preferred, but certainly not necessary. Familiarity with POS systems is a plus. Experience in supervising staff or managing a team is advantageous. Excellent customer service skills with the ability to engage positively with customers.
