ABOUT THE ROLE

We’re seeking aBusiness Valuation Manager to join an expanding full-service PublicAccounting team. You’ll step into a high-impact role with strongdemand already in place , covering high-level divorce cases,shareholder disputes, estate planning, and tax compliance matters.

This position is ideal for someone who thrives in public accountingand wants to do meaningful, diverse work. What You’ll Do Lead andmanage business valuation engagements from start to finish Analyzefinancials, records, and statements for accuracy and insightsPrepare IRS-compliant reports for tax and legal matters Supportinternal training and development of staff Maintain strong clientrelationships and support business development (not sales) Mentorjunior team members and support firm-wide strategic goals What YouNeed 8 years in Business Valuation Services Bachelor’s inAccounting, Finance, Economics, or related field (MBA/MSc Financepreferred) Public accounting experience is required

Relevantcredentials:

ABV , CVA

, or ASA highly preferred Comfortable withMicrosoft Suite; experience with ValuSource Pro a plus Experiencedpreparing and defending valuation reports submitted to the IRS WhyJoin?
