You will lead a dedicated team, inspiring them to deliverexceptional service, creating an atmosphere of celebration, andleaving a lasting impression on our esteemed clientele. ?

KeyResponsibilities:
  • Collaborate with clients to understand theirevent requirements, preferences, and desired outcomes, tailoringpackages and services to exceed their expectations.
  • Manage allaspects of banquet operations, including set-up, service, andbreakdown, ensuring seamless execution and exceptional guestexperiences.
  • Recruit, train, motivate, and supervise a team ofbanquet staff, providing ongoing coaching and support to maintainhigh standards of service excellence.
  • Oversee menu planning,working closely with our talented culinary team to curate a diverseselection of delectable options that cater to various tastes anddietary needs.
  • Maintain meticulous attention to detail in eventlogistics, including equipment, audiovisual needs, decor, and anyspecial requests, ensuring everything runs smoothly from start tofinish.
  • Foster strong relationships with vendors, suppliers, andlocal partners to enhance our offerings and secure competitivepricing for event-related services.
  • Uphold strict adherence tohealth and safety regulations, ensuring all team members followestablished protocols and guidelines.
  • Previous experience as aBanquet Manager or in a similar role within the hospitalityindustry is highly preferred.
  • Strong leadership abilities, with aproven track record of managing and motivating teams to deliverexceptional service.
  • Excellent organizational skills, with theability to multitask and prioritize responsibilities in afast-paced environment.
  • Exceptional interpersonal andcommunication skills, enabling you to liaise effectively withclients, colleagues, and external stakeholders.
  • A passion forcreativity and attention to detail, with a keen eye for design andthe ability to bring ideas to life.
  • Flexibility to work evenings,weekends, and holidays as required by the demands of the banquetschedule.
