Reporting to the Global Head of Organization Design & Effectiveness, this position will oversee and drive the successful post-close execution of a complex, multi-year program. This role will focus on managing the services, systems, and operational transitions post-close for the People & Culture (also known as HR) Function, ensuring alignment with Transition Service Agreement (TSAs) commitments and long-term business continuity. The M&A People and Culture Consultant Lead will work across the People and Culture and People Excellence teams, Digital Services, Finance, Legal and Business Operations to oversee the operation and governance of cloned HR systems (e.g., Workday, Peakon) and data platforms (e.g., Snowflake), as well as the management of multiple TSAs. The incumbent will be expected to be a strategic advisor to senior stakeholders, put in place the right infrastructure for success, and prioritize actions to achieve tight deadlines. As a member of the P&C Strategy and Portfolio CoE, the incumbent will be expected to work in close partnership with business leaders, project teams, and the rest of the P&C community across the geographies. The incumbent will be strategic, knowledgeable about people & culture (human resources), have extensive experience in M&A and TSA management, change management, organizational development, implementation, and monitoring. Previous experience in global, regional, and country roles is highly preferred. Main Responsibilities:
Lead Divestiture Activities:

Lead the post-close execution of a global divestiture program, ensuring seamless transition of People & Culture (P&C) and People Services (PS) functions.

Manage Program Governance:

Oversee the operation and governance of cloned HR systems (e.g., Workday, Peakon) and data platforms (e.g., Snowflake), working across multiple stakeholders to ensure success.

TSA Oversight & Delivery:

Coordinate and align across multiple TSA service commitments, working with Sanofi and third-party stakeholders to resolve conflicts and ensuring feasibility of execution in a timely manner.

Application Integration:

Coordinate and align both split and shared downstream application integrations planning and testing strategies to ensure continuity of core processes under the TSAs.

Conduct Assessments and Manage Review Process:

Conduct comprehensive reviews of existing TSAs for scope, pricing, run rate, and functional fit. Work across functional teams to develop recommendations and develop implementation plans.

Deliver Project Management Services:

Actively manage workplans, dependencies, risks and integrations with upstream systems, ensuring continuity and compliance. Manage and Collaborate with

Stakeholders:

Develop and maintain trusted partnerships with key project or business/function leaders as well as third-party vendors and executives, serving as a reliable advisor for M&A initiatives. Additionally, work with stakeholders to co-create initial approach for sustained success, facilitate stakeholder meetings to achieve key decisions, and regularly provide updates and status throughout the project.

Facilitate Business Readiness Activities:

Evaluate business readiness, work with others across the project and business/function to develop and implement TSA transition plans. Provide ongoing support for absorption of activities into business as usual operations.

Create Leadership Insights:

Provide regular updates and strategic insights to senior internal and external stakeholders as well as executive sponsors and develop comprehensive reports to enable data-driven decision making.

Support Community Collaboration:

Participate in OD/M&A community activities, contributing to internal collaboration, skill development, and best practices sharing. Support Continuous Improvement Initiatives – Gather feedback and brainstorm with others on enhancements to OD/M&A assets by integrating lessons learned, and feedback. About You Bachelor’s degree. Minimum of 5 years of M&A / Organization Development experience. International exposure is desirable. Ability to deliver programs in a cross-functional organization while being flexible and adaptable to work in ambiguous situations. Ability to work successfully in multicultural teams and to build and maintain strong relationships with key local and global stakeholders. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills (both written and verbal English) to clearly articulate key messages to a variety of audiences. Ability to practice efficient time management and coordinate tasks, working in an international environment across time zones. Analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to make data-driven decisions. Excellent oral and written communication skills, with business acumen.
