This is a hands-on role ideal for someone who can lead from the front, build a motivated team, and deliver outstanding hospitality—every shift, every guest. What You’ll Do Lead by example : Manage pizza and gelato teams, upholding service and quality standards. Drive results : Hit weekly sales targets, manage labor and food costs, and optimize daily operations. Elevate product : Ensure consistency in pizza and gelato execution. Build culture : Train, coach, and grow a high-performing team that shares pride in what they serve. Ensure excellence : Oversee cleanliness, safety, and compliance with all health codes and company standards. What You Bring 2-4 years of restaurant management experience (multi-unit or fast-casual preferred). Strong understanding of both kitchen flow and guest-facing service dynamics.
