Job Description Global Marketing Lead – Point of Care REMOTE

This global innovator in healthcare solutions is seeking a strategic marketing leader to shape the positioning, growth strategy, and promotional execution for its point-of-care diagnostic products. You’ll drive global marketing initiatives, oversee product launches, and collaborate cross-functionally to strengthen market presence and support commercial success. •We are looking for downstream marketing experience with launch experience in POC or similar industry/products.
Key Responsibilities:
Strategic Market Development:
Define and own the go-to-market strategy for a portfolio of POC diagnostic solutions, ensuring effective positioning across varied healthcare segments.
Promotional Planning:
Lead the creation of marketing campaigns, educational tools, and sales materials to support global sales teams and expand market reach.
Product Launch Management:
Oversee commercialization efforts including launch planning, content development, field readiness, and forecasting.
Opportunity Assessment:
Identify and evaluate growth opportunities based on customer feedback, clinical trends, competitor activity, and reimbursement dynamics.
Stakeholder Collaboration:
Partner with internal teams and external collaborators to deliver aligned marketing programs, manage channel strategies, and ensure brand consistency.
Cross-Functional Leadership:
Work closely with commercial, clinical, regulatory, legal, R D, and operations teams to support product lifecycle goals and market responsiveness.
Market Intelligence:
Monitor global trends in POC testing and synthesize insights to refine strategy and influence innovation.
Qualifications:
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in science, business, or related field; advanced degree (e.g., MBA) preferred
8+ years of successful product marketing experience, ideally in diagnostic or medical device industries
Deep understanding of the global point-of-care testing landscape
Strong leadership, analytical, and communication skills
Willingness to travel internationally (~15%) Why is This a
