Typical projects include: Quality of Earnings (QoE) analysis(buy-side & sell-side) Historical accounting clean-up fortransactions Acting as a liaison during due diligence Generaldiligence on acquisition targets Financial modeling
KeyResponsibilities:
Lead and support Transaction Services engagementsPrepare analysis, reports, and client deliverables Enhance internalworkflows and tools Contribute to business development Participatein strategic planning and firm operations Mentor and train juniorteam members
What We’re Looking For:
4 years of TransactionServices/Financial Due Diligence experience Experience working fora Top 10 public accounting firm CPA required Background in audit isa plus Interested in hearing more?
