The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in supporting daily operations, ensuring excellent customer service, and maintaining a positive and safe environment for both customers and staff. This position requires strong organizational skills, a customer-focused mindset, and the ability to lead and motivate staff. The Assistant Manager will assist in various administrative tasks while also being actively involved on the floor. Responsibilities Assist in overseeing daily operations, including staff management, customer service, and inventory control Provide exceptional customer service by addressing customer inquiries and resolving issues promptly Collaborate with the General Manager to develop and implement policies and procedures Operate cash register, process transactions accurately, and ensure cash handling procedures are followed Maintain a clean, safe, and organized store environment for both customers and employees Qualifications At least 1-2 years of experience in restaurant management preferred Strong leadership and organizational skills with attention to details Proficient in administrative tasks, including inventory management and reporting Exceptional customer service skills with a friendly demeanor Experience operating cash registers and handling financial transactions
