The Director of Nutrition plans, directs and manages the administrationand operations of food services for a 219-bed multi building long-termcare health care facility. Now is your chance to have the job you alwayswanted, leading your team to make a difference in the lives of ourResidents.

Required Skills & Abilities:
- Experience in a skilled nursing environment, and familiarity with theregulations that accompany the role.
Food Service Supervisor experience and considerable experience in alarge-scale food service operation are required.
Ideal candidates will be a Certified Dietary Manager and have theirServe Safe Certification.
We are looking for candidates who are familiar with dementia care andtheir special needs.
Experience working as a member of an interdisciplinary team to optimizeResidents health and wellbeing.

Preferred Skills & Abilities:
- A degree in culinary arts and/or business management preferred (orrelevant subject area).
Experience working in a union environment is preferred.
Successful candidate must pass a pre-employment physical exam.
