Visit www.qtcm.com for more information As the Provider Recruitment Manager, you will be directly and indirectly managing provider recruitment operational work units inclusive of other leaders and individual contributors. You will ensure that efforts are made to close provider network gaps and support provider capacity. Regularly assess recruiting operational processes to determine where process improvement and strategic initiatives are warranted. You will function as an advisor and/or facilitator on the implementation of such efforts. Ensure that work-unit projects are completed on schedule and within budget. Manage the work units performance outcomes by tracking and measuring KPIs as relevant to the line of business/client. Oversee provider network expansion and optimizing utilization within the assigned region across all lines of business/client. In this rewarding role you will: Create and implement strategies that promote provider retention through the resolution of non-clinical provider issues for all lines of business.
Evaluate and discern, ultimately making recommendations on the continued use of paid recruiting resources; insuring ROI.
Monitor and align the work activities of assigned team members to ensure the timely completion of all assignments and that productivity standards are achieved and maintained.
Train and coach members of assigned team to ensure competency in contracting providers so that they may provide accurate first line orientations to prospective providers of the Leidos QTC Health Services Business Model and Value Proposition
Manage the performance and behavior of assigned individual contributors via constructs such as regular one-on-one meetings. Document and conduct employee performance reviews in addition to managing any progressive disciplinary actions needed.
Establish individual and team communication and operational rhythms that support employee development, work productivity, collaboration and problem-solving.
Partners with Provider Utilization work units to conduct reviews of primary physician, specialty and ancillary networks to identify needs and opportunities for expansion within assigned territory or work units across all lines of business
Develops both internal and external strategies to source and secure potential providers within their assigned territory or work units.
