As the Med Spa Manager, you will be responsible for managing staff, ensuring high-quality service delivery, and driving sales growth while maintaining a welcoming and relaxing environment for our clients. Responsibilities Lead and manage spa staff, including hiring, training, and performance evaluations. Oversee daily operations to ensure the Med Spa runs smoothly and efficiently. Develop and implement marketing strategies to promote spa services and increase sales. Manage inventory, budgeting, and financial reporting to optimize profitability. Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations while maintaining cleanliness and organization within the spa. Foster a positive team environment that encourages collaboration and high performance. Address customer inquiries, feedback, and complaints promptly to ensure client satisfaction. Collaborate with other departments to enhance overall guest experience. Requirements Proven experience in Med Spa management. Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop a team. Excellent skills for budgeting and financial management. Experience with POS systems for transaction processing and inventory management. Strong organizational skills with attention to detail in all aspects of operations. Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends as needed to meet business demands.
