The Senior Director of Adult

CPRC/I-CPRC

oversees and directsprocesses that will ensure timely, clinically appropriate, highquality, effective, whole-person care to clients seeking intensiveand adult CPRC services. This is a full-time, benefit eligibleposition. The schedule is primarily Monday – Friday, but flexibleavailability will be required. Statewide travel is required of thiscandidate. Open to candidates in Jefferson City, and Union areas.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS

Oversees assigned Adult CPRC Directors, WellBeing Center Directors, I-CPRC Directors, Employment Directors, DDDirector, and their respective teams, including staff responsiblefor fidelity-based programming such as ITCD and ACT Ensuresconsistent training, processes, and expectations across all AdultCPRC programs, and supports supervisory teams in developing neededskills Participates in team huddles and rotates through assignedoffices (in-person) to ensure fidelity and consistency inoperations Ensures delivery of high-fidelity, strengths-based,stage-matched, community-based services for adults with SPMI andco-occurring substance use disorders Leads detailed projects asassigned (e.g., MPR, MBS, therapist integration within CPRC teams,Well Being Center curriculum, IRTS, clustered apartment expansion,Primary Care improvements), and ensures integration between CPRCand other service lines Coordinates with Adult CPRC Directors toalign programming efforts and provides direct support to the SeniorVice President of Rehabilitation Services Collaborates with Data,Quality, and Compliance departments to promote continuousimprovement and identify staff training needs Provides guidance todirectors and their teams based on data insights, quality andcompliance feedback, and fidelity reviews Holds regular meetingswith direct reports and, as needed, their teams to facilitatecommunication between frontline staff and the Senior Vice PresidentAdheres to all professional, certification, and corporate ethicalstandards Follows up directly with consumers as needed Supportsspecial projects as assigned by the Senior Vice President ofRehabilitation Services Performs other duties as assigned
