Medical Marketing Representative Position Available In Lee, Mississippi

We have an immediate opening for a Medical Marketing Representative to support our Orthotics & Prosthetics Clinics in Tupelo and Oxford.

Shift:

Monday – Friday
8:00 am – 5:00 pm
Duties include, but are not limited to:
Meet with limb-loss patients at MRC inpatient to educate them and encourage their continued treatment through MRC outpatient services.
Market our services, through various direct and indirect means, to potential patients and referral sources throughout MRC O&P market areas. Travel will be required for this to be accomplished. Provide follow up to selected patients to ensure satisfaction with our services and ensure their needs are being addressed. Encourage the use of follow up surveys and outcomes measurement tools.
Assist the Business Development Manager with set up and participation at various health fairs and display booths.
Be responsible for updating referral demographics for each department location in the North MS service areas and and forward this information to the Business Development Manager and/or Director for use in marketing and outreach efforts.
Interact with clinical managers and area manager for North MS market areas to determine target referral sources and other marketing activities
Be responsible for any and all other duties assigned by the Director and/or Business Development Manager that are necessary for the successful operation and promotion of O&P.

Knowledge/Experience:

A bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business or a Science related field is preferred and/or previous relevant experience in customer service.
Excellent written and verbal skills as well as strong organizational ability.
Ability to drive an automobile and valid driver’s license and clean history is required.
