With multiple food trucks operating in the Raleigh/Durham area, we have been awarded Best Food Truck in the Triangle eleven times since 2016. As we expand our operations to storefronts and introduce new corporate locations, we are looking for passionate individuals to join our team. Summary As the Manager at Buoy Bowls Ocean Isle, you will play a pivotal role in overseeing daily operations for our Ocean Isle storefront. Your leadership will ensure that we continue to deliver the highest quality acai bowls and smoothies while maintaining our commitment to legendary customer service. This position is essential for driving growth and enhancing the overall guest experience. Responsibilities Oversee daily operations to ensure efficiency and quality service. Continuously hire to keep the store adequately staffed seven days a week. Lead and manage all team members, fostering a positive work environment. Implement training programs to uphold standards of customer service and product quality. Monitor inventory levels and manage food costs effectively. Utilize POS systems for sales tracking and reporting. Develop strategies to enhance customer satisfaction and drive sales growth. Requirements Proven experience in a managerial role for at least 3 years within the food service industry, preferably in quick service or fast food. ServSafe Certification Strong leadership skills with a focus on team management and development. Excellent customer service skills with a passion for hospitality. Familiarity with POS systems and inventory management. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
